These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kku9 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and kku9. 2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must notify kku9 immediately of any changes to your information. kku9 reserves the right to close accounts and take legal action if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (password, username) fully confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the kku9 support team immediately. You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out using your account.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at kku9 is ৳100. Approved deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You can add funds to your account quickly and securely through any one of these three methods. Deposit attempts made through methods other than the approved ones will be declined.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

kku9 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious, fraudulent, or unusual transactions. The relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. kku9 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if financial fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kku9 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳26,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• In case of a breach of bonus terms, kku9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• kku9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

kku9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to the next tier through regular and active participation. VIP benefits apply only to holders of active accounts. kku9 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kku9 platform:

• Using any form of fraudulent activity, software, or technique.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Collecting or misusing another user's account information.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Exploiting any system error or technical issue to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Managing bets or transactions on behalf of a third party.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and all balances may be forfeited.

7.1 Bet Outcomes

All bet and gaming outcomes are final and binding according to kku9's system. If a game is left incomplete or a result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the bet may be cancelled and the stake will be returned.

7.2 Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. All betting offers are subject to change and depend on specific events. kku9 reserves full discretion to open or close any betting market.

7.3 Game Fairness & Software
